The King having been pleased to approve that Mr Andrew Townsend DL be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Ross and Cromarty to act for His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during her absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing the date 24 March 2023 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
