NOTICE is hereby given that in a Petition by Claudio Zecchino craving the court to order the name of Zecchino Group Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 under the registered number SC671285 and having its registered office at H Morris & Co Ltd, 35 Rosyth Road, Glasgow, G5 0YD, to be restored to the Register of Companies the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 2 December 2022 inter alia ordered any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA, within 21 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
