NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 19 April 2023, in an application made by Touchstar Plc, a public limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number SC005543) and with its registered office at 1 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1AL (the "Company"), an order was pronounced by the Court of Session, Edinburgh (the "Court”) confirming the cancellation of the Company’s share premium account of £1,118,774, to be credited to a reserve of the Company, which was resolved upon by special resolution of the Company passed at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 20 June 2022. A certified copy of that order was registered by the Registrar of Companies in Scotland on 27 April 2023 2023, together with a statement of capital approved by the Court under s649(3)(b) of the Companies Act 2006.
