ANNEX A PETROLEUM ACT 1998
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SUBMARINE PIPELINE WORKS AUTHORISATION
BG INTERNATIONAL LIMITED hereby gives notice in accordance with the provisions of Part I of Schedule 2 to the Petroleum Act 1998 that it has made an application to the North Sea Transition Authority for the grant of an authorisation for the construction and use of a system of pipelines between Jackdaw ESDV and Shearwater ‘A’ Riser ESDV, Jackdaw TUTU and Jackdaw SSIV and between Shearwater ‘C’ TUTU and Shearwater SSIV.
The North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) is the business name of the Oil and Gas Authority (OGA). The OGA remains the legal name of the company. References in this notice to the NSTA should be interpreted as the OGA.
A map (or maps) delineating the route of the proposed pipelines and providing certain further information may be inspected free of charge at the places listed in the Schedule to this notice from 10am to 4pm on each weekday from the date that this notice is published until the date mentioned in the next paragraph of this notice. Pursuant to a direction of the NSTA, representations with respect to the application may be made in writing by email to consents@nstauthority.co.uk and addressed to the NSTA, Consents and Authorisations, Third Floor, 1 Marischal Square (1MSq), Broad Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1BL (marked FAO NSTA Consents & Authorisations Manager, Offshore Pipeline Authorisations) not later than 06/06/2023 and should bear the reference "PA/4335" and state the grounds upon which the representations are made.
