NOTICE is hereby given that on 18 May 2023, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by Thomas Scrymsoure Steuart Fothringham, residing at Murthly Castle, Murthly, Perth, PH1 4HP craving the Court inter alia to order that Rohallion Estates Limited, a company formerly incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company number SC302230 and having its Registered Office at Caledonian Exchange, 19a Canning Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 8HE, be restored to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 19 May 2023 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and the Deliverance to be advertised once in the “Edinburgh Gazette” and the “Metro” newspaper and ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers by e-mail to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after such publication, service and advertisement.
