Notice is hereby given that on 18 May 2023 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Fiona Anne Bremner Houston, having a place of business at Wynd House, Rankeillor Street, Elie, Leven, Scotland KY9 1DJ, David Antony Williams having a place of business at Hitchens Onsett, Scaleby, Carlisle, England, CA6 4JX and William Duncan Wood having a place of business at Wynd House, Rankeillor Street, Elie, Leven, Scotland KY9 1DJ as Directors of MARA SEAWEED LTD a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC390829) and having its registered office at Wynd House, Rankeillor Street, Elie, Leven, Scotland, KY9 1DJ (the “Company”) craving the Court inter alia to make an administration order in relation to the Company, and that Callum Angus Carmichael and Chad Griffin, both Insolvency Practitioners of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD be appointed as Joint Administrators; and in which Petition the Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 23 May 2023 appointed any party claiming an interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto with the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within a reduced period of notice of 14 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which Notice is hereby given.
