IN CREDITORS` VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, that the Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above named Company will be held at BDO Northern Ireland, Metro Building, First Floor, 6-9 Donegall Square South, Belfast, BT1 5JA on Monday 10 July 2023 at 10:30am and 11.00am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.

The following resolutions will be considered:

1. That the final report to members and creditors be approved;

2. That the Joint Liquidators be released from office pursuant to Article 147 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989; and

3. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to destroy the Company`s books and records one year after the dissolution of the Company.
