NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meetings of the Members of the above named company will be held at the offices of Wallace & Co Ltd, 403 Lisburn Rd, Belfast BT9 7EW on 17 July 2023 at 10.30am to be followed by the Final Meetings of creditors at 11.00am, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The meeting is also to determine the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. Any member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him.

The following resolutions will be considered at the meetings:-

1. That the Liquidator`s Final Report and Receipts and Payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator be granted her release from office after the final meeting of creditors.

3. That the Liquidator may destroy the books and records of the company 15 months after the final meeting.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be returned to the offices of Wallace & Co Ltd, 403 Lisburn Rd, Belfast BT9 7EW or by email to office@wallaceandcompany.net no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings.
