Notice is hereby given that on 23rd June 2023, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dumfries by Michael J Sutherland, 14 Lammermuir Crescent, Haddington, East Lothian, EH41 4AL for an Order in terms of Section 1029  of the Companies Act 2006 to restore iNation Ltd, a company incorporated in Scotland (under company number SC570085) to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff at Dumfries by Interlocutor dated 23 June 2023 appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumfries within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
