Notice is hereby given that the Financial Conduct Authority has, pursuant to the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act (Northern Ireland) 1969, this day cancelled the registration of Proper Tea Housing Co-operative Limited (Society number: 4765) the registered office of which is at 40 Hampton Grove, Belfast, Co. Antrim, BT7 3DG at its request.

The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
