Notice of intention to declare a dividend This notice is given by the liquidator, Richard Frank Simms, office holder number 9252 of Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5FB who was appointed on 11 August 2020, and is to inform creditors that the liquidator intends to declare a second and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above company.
