NOTICE IS HEREBY that the following written resolutions of the members of the Company were duly passed on 1 November 2023: THAT the Company be voluntarily wound up in accordance with Section 391 (1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 and THAT Alex Adam and Andy Wood of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Bucktrout House, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WR and Forum 3, Grenville Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4UF respectively be hereby appointed as joint Liquidators of the Company with powers to act for the purpose of such winding up with all powers conferred on them by law, the articles of incorporation or by this resolution, such becoming effective upon passing of this resolution.

All creditors of the Company are required on or before 11 December 2023 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation at HTCFenquiries@teneo.com.
