Notice is hereby given that on 13th November 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Business Loans Scotland a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC500710) and having its registered office at London Road Centre, London Road, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Scotland, KA3 7BU craving the Court inter alia that West of Scotland Loan Fund, formerly incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC166736) and having its Registered Office address formerly at London Road Centre, London Road, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, KA3 7BU be restored to the Register of Companies in Scotland, in which Petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Interlocutor of 14th November 2023 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
