Notice is hereby given that on 30 November 2023 a petition was presented to the Court of Session by Sequoia IDF Asset Holdings S.A., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and having a place of business at Avenue J.F. Kennedy 46 a 1855, Luxembourg, in respect of Lloyds Developments Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Island of Guernsey with registered number 61091 and overseas entity number OE004359 and having its registered office at Second Floor, St Peter's House, Le Bordage, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1BR (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia, that an administration order be granted in respect of the Company and that interim managers be appointed, in which petition Lord Sandison, by interlocutor dated 1 December 2023, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Clerk of Court, Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within twenty one days after intimation, service or advertisement, and ad interim appointed Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Geoffrey Isaac Jacobs, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Interpath Limited, 130 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AF, to be joint interim managers of the Company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paras 59-64 of Schedule B1 and Schedule 1 of the Insolvency Act 1986, of all of which notice is hereby given.
