SECTION 90 OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these Orders to:
1. Install 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 60 Sullivan Crescent, Harefield
ii) Outside No. 4 Stuart Crescent, Hayes
3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 54 Yeading Lane, Hayes
ii) Outside No. 17 Malmesbury Close, Eastcote
4. Install a goods vehicle loading only bay in Angel Lane, Hayes opposite No. 695 Uxbridge Road in which a good vehicle may load or unload for up to 30 minutes between the times of ‘Monday to Saturday 7am to 6.30pm’.
5. Extend the existing ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ waiting restrictions outside Nos. 3 and 5 Angel Lane, Hayes.
6. Introduce ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ loading restrictions along the existing and proposed waiting restrictions on Angel Lane, Hayes between the junction with Uxbridge Road to outside Nos. 2 and 5 Angel Lane.
7. Extend the existing 20mph speed limit throughout the rest of Pentland Way, Ickenham.
8. Install a raised road table 75mm high with 1:20 gradient ramps on each approach outside No. 39 The Ridgeway, Ruislip.

SCHEDULE - PROPOSED 'AT ANY TIME' WAITING RESTRICTIONS
BOURNE AVENUE, HAYES –
i) At the junction with Stormount Drive.
ii) At the junction with Glamis Crescent.
STORMOUNT DRIVE, HAYES – At the junction with Bourne Avenue.
GLAMIS CRESCENT, HAYES – At the junction with Bourne Avenue.
KEWFERRY ROAD, NORTHWOOD – At the junction with Kewferry Drive.
THE RIDGEWAY, RUISLIP – Extend the existing ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions northwest of the junction with Old Hatch Manor by 5 metres northwestwards.
SUTTON COURT ROAD, HILLINGDON – Extend the existing ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions outside Nos. 15 and 17 Sutton Court Road.
FIELD END ROAD, RUISLIP – Extend the existing ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions around the entire inside of the island separating Nos. 682 to 700 Field End Road from the main carriageway.
CORNWALL ROAD, RUISLIP – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 151 Cornwall Road by 2.3 metres.
