The King having been pleased to approve that Miss Alexandra Margaret Cairncross DL be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Perth and Kinross to act for His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in her favour bearing the date 20 February 2024 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
