This notice is given by the joint liquidators, Michelle Gillian Breslin , office holder number 9579 and Ian Michael Rose , office holder number 9144 of Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5FB who were appointed on 26 February 2024 by Court Order made by the High Court of Justice in proceedings number CR-2024-001190, and is to inform creditors that they intend to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above company.
Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned Michelle Gillian Breslin of F A Simms & Partners Limited, Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5FB, by 15 May 2024. Creditors who do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.
It is the joint liquidators’ intention to declare this dividend no later than 2 months from the last date for proving.
