Take NOTICE that Birmingham City Council, being the Highway Authority for the City of Birmingham, intends to apply to the Magistrates Court sitting at Victoria Law Courts, Corporation Street, Birmingham on 30 May 2024 at 10am for an order that the highway in Birmingham, being part of Hooper Street being approximately rectangular in shape and commencing 60 metres southwest of the junction of Dudley Road and Western Road with a width of 13 metres proceeding in a southerly direction for 25 metres gradually narrowing to a width of 12 metres to its end be authorised to be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary.

The effect of the said order is shown on the plan which may be inspected free of charge at the Library of Birmingham, Centenary Square, Birmingham, B1 2ND on Tuesdays from 11am to 7pm and on Wednesdays to Saturdays from 11am to 5pm, telephone number 0121 242 4242.
