Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
REBUS SECTION OF THE DXC PENSION PLAN (THE ‘PLAN’)
Notice is hereby given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of the Plan is intending to wind up the Rebus Section of the Plan (the ‘Rebus Section’). This only affects the Rebus Section, and does not affect any other Section of the Plan. The Rebus Section was previously known as the Rebus Insurance Services Limited Final Salary Pension Scheme (2003) (the ‘Rebus Scheme’). It included members who had previously been members of the CE Heath Retirement and Death Benefit Plan (1973) and who had joined the Rebus Scheme in 1996. It also included members who had previously been members of the Heath Group Pension Plan and who had joined the Rebus Scheme in 1998.
The Trustee is DXC Pension Trustee Limited. The Trustee believes that all members of the Rebus Section have already been identified, and it contacted all such members of the Rebus Section, for whom addresses were held, by post in August 2023 with regard to the transfer of their benefits from the Rebus Section to another pension arrangement.
The Trustee of the Plan wishes to trace all members and their beneficiaries, who are entitled to benefits under the Rebus Section, who have not already been informed of the transfer of benefits to another pension arrangement.
Anyone who believes that he or she is a member of the Rebus Section but has not already been contacted by the Trustee about the transfer of benefits - or anyone who believes they have any other interest, claim or entitlement in relation to the Rebus Section but has not already been contacted by the Trustee about the transfer of benefits - should write and provide details of their membership, interest, claim or entitlement to: The Trustee of the DXC Pension Plan, c/o Liam Broderick, Isio Group Limited, AMP House, Dingwall Road, Croydon, CR0 2LX.
When contacting the Trustee, please provide full name, any former names by which you may have been known, your date of birth and your National Insurance number.
Details must be received within two months of the date of the publication of this Notice. After the expiry of this two-month period, the Trustee will proceed to distribute the remaining assets of the Rebus Section among the persons and entities entitled to them. The Rebus Section shall then be wound up, and the Trustee will have regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of publication of this Notice.
For and on behalf of the Trustee of the DXC Pension Plan.
