Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 10th June 2024 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The general effect of the Orders would be:- To make the following changes to Haringey’s map-based records at the locations listed below. These changes are purely administrative to ensure accuracy of our records and consistency with the on-street signage which will result in no physical changes on the ground:

Lordship Lane N22 To formalise the operating hours of the Loading Bay on the south side of Lordship Lane N22 outside No.459 to No.449 to operate Mon-Sat 8am-6.30pm max stay 1hr no return within 2hrs.
Vartry Road N15 To formalise the operating hours of the Pay by Phone restrictions on Vartry Road N15 to operate Mon-Fri 8am-6.30pm max stay 5hrs no return with 2hrs outside and opposite No.190 and opposite No.180 to No.138.
Green Lanes N4 To formalise the operating hours of the single yellow line/single kerb blips to operate Mon-Fri 4pm-7pm, Sat 5pm-7pm on the west side of Green Lanes N4 outside No.385 to No.405
Princes Avenue N10 i. To formalise the single yellow line Mon-Fri 10am-2pm on the south west side of Princes Avenue N10 at the school keep clear location outside No.3 to No.7
ii. To formalise the operating hours of the loading bay to operate Mon-Sat 9.30am-5pm max stay 30 mins no return within 1 hr on the north east side of Princes Avenue N10 opposite Miller & Carter.
Alexandra Road N22 To formalise the operating hours of the Pay by Phone restrictions on the west side and east side of Alexandra Road N22 outside No.82 to No.108 and opposite No.106 to the motorcycle bay outside Holmeswood Court.
Cavendish Road N4 To formalise the business permit holders parking Mon-Sat 8am-6.30pm on the north side of Cavendish Road N4 outside No429a Green Lanes.
Wargrave Avenue N15 To formalise the shared use permit holders parking Mon-Fri 10am-12noon/pay by phone parking Mon-Fri 10am-12noon max stay 2hrs no return within 1hr on south side of Wargrave Avenue N15 outside No.2 to No.8.
Tottenham Lane N8 To formalise the operating hours of the single yellow line to operate Mon-Sat 8am-6.30pm on Tottenham Lane N8 outside No.17 & No.18, No.20 to No.23, No.26 & No.27, No.33 to No.41, No.13 to No.20, No.5 to No.8.
To formalise the ambulance bay on Tottenham Lane N8 outside No.28.
Conway Road N15 To formalise the business permit holders parking Mon-Fri 8am-6.30pm on the north side of Conway Road N15 adjacent to No.52 Glenwood Road.
Glenwood Road N15 To formalise the business permit holders parking Mon-Fri 8am-6.30pm on the east side of Glenwood Road N15 adjacent to No.432 St Anns Road.
Ewart Grove N22 To formalise the business permit holders parking Mon-Sat 8am-6.30pm on the south side of Ewart Grove N22 at its junction with High Road adjacent to the war memorial park.
Stoneleigh Road N17 To formalise the operating hours of the loading bay to operate Mon-Fri 5am-11am max stay 1hr no return in 1hr on the north side of Stoneleigh Road N17 outside The Beehive pub.
Factory Lane N17 i. To formalise the double yellow lines on all locations of Factory Lane N17 outside Flats 1-14 Palm Tree Court.
ii. To formalise the single yellow line operating Mon-Sat 8am-6.30pm on Factory Lane N17 curved kerb opposite its junction with Stoneleigh Road and adjacent to lamp column FS 4A.
Lordship Lane N17 To formalise the double kerb blips on the south side of Lordship Lane N17 outside property 403.
Church Road N17 To formalise the removal of the permit holders parking bay and introduction of single yellow line/single kerb blip operating on event days 8am-8.30pm on the north side of Church Road N17 outside property No.66/68.
A minor amendment is to be made to article 22 of The Haringey (Moving Traffic Restrictions) Order 2021 to correct a grammatical error.

Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 20th June 2024.

Further details: an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect the Orders during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR, or can be viewed online at https://streets.appyway.com/haringey within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
