“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Williams (IP No. 20170) and Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, The Landmark, Tudor Square, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6BT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”

At a subsequent meeting held on the same day, the appointment of Colin David Wilson was not confirmed and the creditors appointed Michael Pallott (IP No. 23650) of Forvis Mazars LLP, 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AV, as Joint Liquidator of the company.
