1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce Electric Vehicle charging bays for permit holders only in the following locations;

| Alexandra Grove outside 37 Gloucester Drive | 9.7m west from the junction with Gloucester Drive, for a distance of 14.2north west, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. |
| Alvington Crescent flank wall 29 St Marks Rise | 5.7m south west from the junction with St Marks Rise, for a distance of 13.7m south west, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a resident’s permit bay. |
| Ferncliff Road opposite 13 Beeston Close | 10.9m north west from the junction with Sandringham Road, for a distance of 14.2m north west, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a resident’s permit bay. |
| Ferncliff Road flank wall 64 Downs Park Road | 7.8m south from the junction with Downs Park Road, for a distance of 16.7m south, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a resident’s permit bay. |
| Finsbury Park Road flank wall 17 Somerfield Road | 7.5m south east from the junction with Somerfield Road, for a distance of 14.2m south east, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. |
| Forburg Road flank wall 13 Clapton Common | 18.5m west from the junction with Clapton Common, for a distance of 14.2m west, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. |
| Gilda Crescent outside 38 | 13.0m north from the junction with Cazenove Road, for a distance of 14.2m north, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. |
| Lavell Street flank wall 78 Winston Road | 5.4m east from the junction with Winston Road, for a distance of 14.2m east, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a resident’s permit bay. |
| Osbaldeston Road outside Flat 52 Broad Common Estate | 11.3m south west from the junction with Clapton Common, for a distance of 14.2m south west, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. |
| Wilton Way flank wall 42 Parkholme Road | 11.0m east from the junction with Parkholme Road, for a distance of 14.2m east, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a resident’s permit bay. |
| Winston Road outside Avon House | 10.8m south west from the junction with Clissold Crescent, install a new 14.2m electric vehicle charging bay south replacing a resident’s permit bay. |
| Woodlea Road flank wall 67 Hawksley Road | 7.8m south from the junction with Hawksley Road, for a distance of 14.7m south, install a new electric vehicle bay replacing a resident’s permit bay. |
3. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce Electric Vehicle charging bays with a maximum stay of 4 hours no return within 2 hours in the following locations;

| Burma Road outside Jubet Court | 13.5m north east from the junction with Green Lanes, for a distance of 30.2m north east, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a chargeable bay. |
| Greenwood Road flank wall 182a Dalston Lane | 10.7m south from the junction with Dalston Lane, for a distance of 28.9m south, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a shared use bay. |
| Montague Road outside 62-68 | 5.0m south from the junction with Sandringham Road, for a distance of 31.5m south, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a shared use bay. |
| Ritson Road flank wall 108 Dalston Lane | 8.9m east from the junction with Dalston Lane, for a distance of 28.3m east, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a shared use bay. |
4. The general effect of the Orders will be to implement the following provisions at the locations listed:
• Electric vehicle recharging only’ bays
• Car Club permit holders only’ bays
• Fast electric vehicle chargers

| Blurton Road adjacent 105 Median Road | 10.0m east from the junction with Median Road, install a new 7.0m car club bay, 2.2m double yellow lines, “no waiting at any time” restrictions and 7.0m electric vehicle bay replacing a permit bay. |
5. Alternatively, such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.
6. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk within 28 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
