1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth propose to make the above Orders under sections 6 and 124of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

2. The general effects of the Orders and measures are detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. Copies of the proposed Orders, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six months from the date on which the Orders were made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting reference W/ECS/TMO1998) within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

- Vanderbilt Road: 1 short stay parking bay (Mon – Fri, 9:30am – 4:30pm, maximum stay 1 hour, no return within 2 hours)

- Atheldene Road: 1 short stay parking bay (Mon – Fri, 9:30am – 4:30pm, maximum stay 1 hour, no return within 2 hours).

- 104 Garratt Lane reducing the loading restriction hours so that they operate on Monday -Friday between 7am-9am and 4pm-7pm.
