1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce Electric Vehicle bays in the following locations;

| Ashenden Road | 6.1m east from the junction with Trehurst Street, for a distance of 5.5m install a new electric vehicle bay replacing a shared use bay. |
| Casimir Road | 3.1m south from the extended boundary line of 95/97 Casimir Road, for a distance of 6m south install a new electric vehicle bay replacing a permit bay. |
| Chailey Street | 7.8m south east the junction with Fletching Road, for a distance of 5.5m south east install a new electric vehicle bay replacing a resident’s permit bay. |
| Cleveleys Road | 1.2m west from the extended boundary line of 41/43 Cleveleys Road, for a distance of 6m west install a new electric vehicle bay, replacing a permit bay. |
| Colenso Road | 1.4m north east from the extended boundary line of 14/16 Colenso Road, for a distance of 6m north east install a new electric vehicle bay, replacing a permit bay. |
| Colenso Road | 5.8m south west from the junction with Millfields Road, for a distance of 5.9m south west install a new electric vehicle bay replacing a permit bay. |

Alternatively, such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.
4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk within 28 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
