On the 2nd July 2024 the London Borough of Bromley confirmed the above Order made under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.The effect of the Order as confirmed is the modification of the map and statement for the area by adding to them the public footpath described in the Schedule below subject to limitations as set out in the said Order.

A copy of the Order as confirmed and the Order map may be seen free of charge at the Civic Centre during normal opening hours.

The Order came into force on the 2nd July but if any person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of the 1981 Act or of any regulation made under the 1981 Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the 1981 Act, within 42 days from 2nd July 2024 make application to the Planning Inspectorate.

Schedule Public Footpath a public footpath commencing at a point marked “A” on the Order Map running to point B at Petleys Farm on the Order Map. The width of the way is ranging from 2.0m wide to 4.5m and is shown by a continuous red line on the Order Map. Dated 2rd July 2024.
