This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. Creditors are invited to attend a virtual meeting for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That the former Liquidator’s and Joint Liquidators’ fees be fixed by reference to the time given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken. The meeting, which will be held via an online conferencing platform, will be held as follows: 6 August 2024 at 10.00 am. Please contact the Joint Liquidator (details below) to receive instructions on how to access the virtual meeting.

The virtual meeting will be recorded in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded including recordings of your facial image. Where any recording of the meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

The virtual meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it so so resolved at the meeting).
