Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, effective as of 30 June 2024, Quartett II Blocker GmbH (the “Transferor”) assigned the whole of its interest in TDR Capital II 'C' L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP011361 (the “Partnership”), including a capital contribution of EUR 50, to Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC (the “Transferee”) and that, with effect from 30 June 2024, the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership in place of the Transferor.
