On 17 April 2024 ScienceMagic.Studios, Inc. (SMS) filed a Certificate of Dissolution with the Secretary of State in the State of Delaware (U.S.). SMS is in the process of winding up its affairs in accordance with applicable law. This notice is provided pursuant to Section 280 of the Delaware General Corporation Law.

If you are a creditor of SMS or otherwise believe you have a claim against SMS and would like to submit it for review and possible payment, you must present the claim in writing with sufficient information as reasonably necessary to inform SMS of the substance of the claim, including:

1. The name and contact information of the claimant, and if different from the person submitting the claim, the submitter’s name, contact information and relationship to the claimant,

2. A description of any services, work or materials provided, any circumstances from which the claim arose and the relevant dates;

3. The total amount sought, and

4. Any other information that would reasonably assist SMS in processing the claim.

The deadline for filing claims is 11:59 p.m. (London time) on 1 October 2024. Claims received after the deadline will be barred from consideration.

As required by Delaware (U.S.) law, notice is hereby given that no distributions have been made by SMS to its stockholders in the prior three years.
