NOTICE IS GIVEN under Rule 14.29 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Hugh Jesseman, the Liquidator of the Company, intend declaring a final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 3 September 2024 the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray's Inn, London, WC1R 5EF and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because they have not participated in it.
