Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 February 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 25 July 2024, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of CHARLOTTE ISOBEL PETHICK-SUMMERS , who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Charlotte Isobel Pethick and assumed the name of Charlotte Isobel Pethick-Summers.
