Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Block Transfer Order of ICC Judge Prentis dated 31 July 2024 upon the application of Michelle Gillian Breslin (IP number 9579) and Mark David Charles Hopkins (IP number 8365) (the “Applicants”), Michelle Gillian Breslin was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the schedules annexed to the Order (the “Schedules”) and Mark David Charles Hopkins of F A Simms & Partners Limited of Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Lutterworth, Leicestershire LE17 5FB (registered office: Baird House Seebeck Place, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK5 8FR) was appointed as Office Holder in her place as specified below. All removals and replacement appointments were made with immediate effect.

It has been ordered that:

1. Pursuant to Rule 12.37(1)(a) of the 2016 Rules, each of the County Court and Hearing Centre cases, and the cases in the High Court of Justice Leeds or Birmingham Division, listed in the Schedules be transferred to the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD) for the purpose only of making this order and shall be treated as having been transferred back without any intervening administrative action forthwith upon the making of this Order.

2. Michelle Gillian Breslin (“Outgoing Office-holder”) be removed from office in respect of each of the cases listed in Schedules A, B, C, D, E and F (attached to this order) (“Block Transfer Cases”) from the date of this order. [The Schedules have been simplified in this notice to list the assignment, the incoming office holder and ongoing officeholder only].

3. Mark David Charles Hopkins be appointed as joint replacement office-holders in respect of each of the Block Transfer Cases from the date of this order.

4. Where the appointments referred to in this order are joint appointments, any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by joint appointees may be done by all or any one or more of the persons at the time being holding office. No functions are required to be undertaken by both joint appointees acting together and no functions are specifically the responsibility of either joint appointee.

5. The creditors in each of the Block Transfer Cases be notified of this order by advertisement published in the London Gazette within 21 days of the date of this order.

6. Any creditor, or, in the case of any members' voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies or persons listed in Schedules A, B, C, D, E and F who has an objection to this order shall have 21 days from the date of advertisement in accordance with the preceding paragraph to apply to Court to set aside or vary the terms of the order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the Block Transfer Cases until further or other order by the court.

7. The Applicants shall give notice to the Secretary of State and the Registrar of Companies of the Block Transfer Cases, as appropriate, and of the terms of this order as soon as reasonably practicable.

8. The Applicants shall file a copy of this order with each of the courts listed in Schedule A, B, C, D, E and F.

9. The time by which the Progress Reports are required to be delivered by an office holder shall be unaffected by the change in office holder.

10. The Outgoing Office-holder shall receive her release as Liquidator and as Trustee in Bankruptcy on application to the Secretary of State.

11. The Outgoing Office-holder shall receive her release as supervisor in accordance with the terms of the relevant voluntary arrangement.

12. No Order as to costs.

13. There be liberty to the Secretary of State to apply to vary or set aside this order within 21 days of its service on him.
