THE REDBRIDGE (WAITING, LOADING, STOPPING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*

[NOTE: This Notice is about proposals to make minor amendments to waiting, loading, and parking places restrictions to facilitate dropped kerb crossings in various locations in the Borough].

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, propose to make the above Order.

2. The general effect of the Order would be in: -

(1) Balfour Road, the east side, remove existing parking bay and introduce approx. 6 metres of new single yellow line (operational from 8.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday) outside no. 312 Balfour Road, Ilford;

(2) Bedford Road, the north-west side, remove existing parking bay and introduce approx. 6.5 metres of single yellow line (operational from 8.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday) outside No. 21 Bedford Road, Ilford;

(3) Cambridge Road, the north side, remove existing parking bay and introduce approx. 9 metres of single yellow line (operational from 8.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday) outside No. 5 Cambridge Road, Seven Kings;

(4) Chester Road, the east side, remove approx. 3 metres of existing parking bay and introduce approx. 3 metres of single yellow line (operational from 8.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday) outside No. 20 Chester Road, Seven Kings.

(5) Lansdowne Road E18, the east side, remove existing parking bay and introduce approx. 6 metres of single yellow line (operational from 8.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday) outside No. 55 Lansdowne Road;

(6) Lyndhurst Gardens, the south-east side, remove existing parking bay and introduce approx. 6 metres of single yellow line (operational from 11am to 12noon, Monday to Friday) outside No. 2 Lyndhurst Gardens;

(7) Marlborough Road, the east side, remove approx. 6 metres of existing parking bay and introduce approx. 6 metres of single yellow line (operational from 8.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday) outside No. 41 Marlborough Road;

(8) Otley Drive, the south side, remove existing parking bay and introduce approx. 7 metres of single yellow line (operational from 8.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday) outside no. 52 Otley Drive;

(9) Walden Way, the south-east side, remove existing footway parking bay and introduce approx. 4.5 metres of single yellow line (operational from 11.30am to 12.30pm, Monday to Friday) outside Nos. 10 to 16 Walden Way;

(10) Walden Way, the north-west side, remove existing footway parking bay and introduce approx. 7 metres of single yellow line (operational from 11.30am to 12.30pm, Monday to Friday) outside No. 45 Walden Way.

3. A copy of the Order may be examined along with map-based plans at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Any objections and other representations to the proposed Order must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent to the council by email to: parking.schemes@redbridge.gov.uk or by writing to: Parking Design team, 2nd Floor (front), Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY, within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice. Any objection may be communicated to, or be seen by, other persons who may have an interest in this matter.
