Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the order of District Judge C Taylor in the High Court of Justice, The Business and Property Courts in Bristol, Insolvency and Companies List (Chancery Division) with court reference number: BR-2024-BRS-000007 dated 5 August 2024 (the Order), Yin Lie Lee was removed as an office-holder in the cases listed in the schedules below and (where applicable) the persons named were appointed as the replacement office-holder in her place.

Pursuant to the Order, the persons named also give notice as follows:

The creditors in all cases and the relevant company in the case of the voluntary arrangements have permission to apply to court on notice to the respective replacement office-holder set out below to set aside or vary the Order within 28 days of this advertisement in so far as it relates to the estate of which they are a creditor.

As the Order was made without a hearing, any person other than those listed in the paragraph above may apply to set aside or vary the Order within 7 days of this advertisement.

In the administrations listed in Schedule B, Yin Lie Lee will be discharged from liability in respect of any actions of hers as administrator with effect from 28 days of this advertisement, save that this shall not apply to a company where, within that time, an application is made to set aside or vary the Order as it applies in respect of that company.
