TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ORDER

THE LEWISHAM (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER 202*

HE LEWISHAM (CHARGED FOR PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER 202*

T The Council of the London Borough of Lewisham proposes to make the above Traffic Regulation Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

1. PTO 1053 - The effect of these proposals will be as follows:-

(a) Elderton Road – (i) amend the double yellow line waiting restrictions between No.27 and No.29 to align with the kerb replacement. The existing kerb lines will be removed and a footway installed, which will have the effect of extending the existing yellow line restrictions; and (b) install a new mandatory disabled bay outside No.27;

(b) Excalibur Drive – install free on-street bays on the northern side, extending between Battersby Road and Ector Road, operating Monday to Sunday between 8am and 6pm, limited to 4 hours and no return within 2 hours;

(c) Walsham Road – install a new mandatory disabled bay on the southern side, situated at or adjacent to opposite the eastern kerb-line of the unnamed access road leading to the Schoolkeepers House.

2. Copies of the draft Order, plans and Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be obtained by emailing a request to trafficorders@lewisham.gov.uk quoting reference ‘PTO-1053’.

3. Comments on the proposals for or against, together with the reasons for which they are made should be sent in writing to Lewisham Transport Policy & Development, Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London SE6 4RU, quoting reference ‘PTO-1053’ to arrive not later than 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.

4. All written representations received concerning Traffic Regulation Orders are public documents that may be inspected by any person on demand.
