Norfolk County Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 14(1) and 15(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, hereby give notice that:

(i) THEY PROPOSE TO MAKE a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order in respect of the following road:

WALCOTT & WITTON - Happisburgh Road from its junction with B1159 Coast Road for 870m westwards to facilitate vehicular access for works vehicles in connection with the Norfolk Offshore Windfarm Project as required by a safety audit. The road will be temporarily subject to a 30mph speed restriction from 24th September 2024 to 23rd September 2028. Alternative route is via: N/A.

The effect of this Order will be to restrict the use by vehicles on the named road. In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance. Alternative routes are shown where applicable and pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
