NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make amendments to the following Orders as follows under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions

i) On Moor Lane, at its junction with Heron Way and outside nos.91 & 93, 93a, 95, 97, 140 & 142, 144 & 146, 148 & 150 and 154

ii) On Ingrebourne Road, outside nos. 20 & 22

iii) On Cavendish Avenue, at its junction with South End Road

iv) On Maybank Avenue, at its junction with Mallinson Close

v) On Sunnydene Close, at its junction with The Avenue

vi) On Lyndhurst Drive, outside no. 197

vii) On Rom Crescent, outside nos.27 & 29 and 30 & 32

viii) On Rainham Road, at its junction with Simpson Road, extending along Rainham Road to a point 16.5 metres south of Brittons car park entrance

ix) On Dorking Road, fronting nos.68 to 82

x) On Bates Road, opposite nos. 19 and 36

b) Introduce a Disabled persons parking bay on

i) Cherry Tree Lane outside No. 66

ii) Cavendish Avenue outside No. 50

c) Introduce a Dedicated Disabled parking bay on

i) Eagle Close, the third bay in, to the side of no.6

d) Extend no waiting at any time waiting restrictions on

i) Southend Arterial Road, both sides of the narrowest section of the road, to the side of no.127 Belgrave Avenue

ii) Harlesden Close, both sides of the narrowest section of the road and to apply to the carriageway only

e) Remove a section of residents parking bay outside nos.76 & 78 Sherringham Avenue and replace it with a disabled parking bay

f) Extend no waiting Monday to Friday 10.30am to 11.30am restrictions to cover the currently unrestricted area of Kent Drive

g) Removal of a residents parking bay outside No. 74 Rosslyn Avenue and the introduction of Monday to Friday 10.30am to 11.30am waiting restriction

h) Introduce two School Keep Clear markings, operational Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, on Wennington Road, outside Brady School i) Change the use of the residents parking bays on Squirrels Heath Lane, from residents only parking bays, to residents and pay and display parking bays

j) Change the use of the voucher parking bays on Crow Lane, from voucher only parking bays, to voucher and pay and display parking bays

Any objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
