Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these Orders to:

1. Install 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.

2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Outside No. 75 Larch Crescent, Hayes

ii) Outside No. 13 Bondfield Avenue, Hayes

iii) Outside No. 7 & 8 Landseer Court, Raeburn Road, Hayes

iv) Outside No. 56 & 57 Hale End Close, Eastcote

v) Outside No. 58 & 59 Hale End Close, Eastcote

3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Outside No. 8 Cavendish Close, Hayes

ii) Outside No. 7 Fernes Close, Uxbridge

iii) Outside No. 9 Hewens Road, Hayes

iv) Outside No. 14 Tolcarne Drive, Northwood Hills

v) Outside No. 348 West End Road, Ruislip

4. Convert the existing ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ waiting restrictions to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions at the junction of Whittington Avenue and Balmoral Drive, Hayes.

5. Amend the previously proposed ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in the eastern most arm of Hurstfield Crescent, Hayes on the western side of the road - West side, from a point in line with the southern kerbline of Balmoral Drive, southwards for a distance of 13 metres, relocating the extent of the existing footway parking exemption northwards.

6. Remove the entire Zone SR permit holder parking place outside No. 5 Masson Avenue, Ruislip and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.

7. Remove part of the previously proposed Zone Y1 permit holder parking place outside No. 42 Edgar Road, Yiewsley and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
