"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meetings that the Companies cannot, by reason of their liabilities, continue their business, and it is advisable to wind up the Companies, and accordingly that the Companies be wound up voluntarily and that Lee Van Lockwood (IP No. 13050) and James Woodhead (IP No. 29832) both of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Central Square, 5th Floor, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary windings up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
