NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited (Company No.09346363) has made the above-mentioned Order, under Sections 84 (1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the A585 Trunk Road in the Districts of Fylde and Wyre in the County of Lancashire.

The effect of the Order will be to impose No Waiting At Any Time on the following lengths of carriageway:

i. A588 Breck Road Service Road on its north side, from a point 100 metres east of the junction with Breck Road (A588), to a point 150 metres east of the junction with Breck Road (A588);

ii. A585 Mains Lane in both directions, from its junction with Shard Road (A588), to its junction with Garstang Road (A586).

The effect of the Order is described in the London Gazette dated 7 June 2024 (Issue Number 64417).

The no waiting will not apply to vehicles being used for emergency purposes by the police, fire and rescue authority, ambulance services, or special-forces.
