The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire & Humber) (No. 13) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of the whole of the highway, known as Purbeck Court, including its carparking area at Bradford in the City of Bradford. This is to enable development as permitted by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, under reference 23/01381/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/5788). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Holme Wood Library, 1 Stirling Crescent, Broadstone Way, Bradford BD4 9BU.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 24 September 2024.
