NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Articles 91 & 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Annual and Final Meeting of the Members of the above named company will be held at the offices of Sterritt Business Advisory, 89 Hillsborough Road, Carryduff, Belfast, BT8 8HT on the 16 December 2024 AT 10.00 am to be followed by the Annual and Final Meeting of Creditors AT 10.15 am for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator's acts and dealings to closure.
