Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23 June 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 9 September 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Cody Matthew Mark Waters who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Cody Matthew Mark Judge and assumed the name of Cody Matthew Mark Waters.
