Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16 July 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 September 2024, I, Andrew Epiphame Dulice, 76 Meakin Estate, Decima Street, London SE1 4QL Single and a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Epiphane Dulice and assumed the name of Andrew Epiphame Dulice.
