Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 05-06-2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19-09-2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Thomas James Stewart Miller-Wallace, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Thomas James Stewart and assumed the name of Thomas James Stewart Miller-Wallace.
