Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 April 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 14 November 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of LAKE who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of LAKE and assumed the name of LAKE.
