Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 2 November 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15 November 2024, I, Blaze Jessica Clara Green, 57 Farrar Street York North Yorkshire YO10 3BY Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jessica Clara Green and assumed the name of Blaze Jessica Clara Green.
