Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27 May 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17 September 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of THEODORE MATTHEW MARLOWE FARNUM who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Theodore Matthew Marlowe Farnum-Schneider and assumed the name of Theodore Matthew Marlowe Farnum.
