Notice is hereby given that, by an order of the Court dated 6 December 2024 (the “Order”):

1. Simon David Monks (IP number 27750) of Azets Holdings Limited, 5th Floor, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU be removed as Joint Office Holder in the cases listed on schedules 1, 2, 3 and 4.

2. Kerry Pearson (IP number 16014) of Azets Holdings Limited, Bede House, 3 Belmont Business Park, Durham, DH1 1TW be appointed as Joint Office Holder for the cases listed on schedules 1, 2 and 4.

3. Simon David Monks is not required to file any progress reports upon ceasing to act as office holder pursuant to the Order.

4. Notice of the Order shall be given when next reporting to creditors in accordance with their statutory obligations.

5. There be liberty to each creditor or, in the case of any members' voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the cases listed in the Schedules who has an objection to the Order shall have 28 days from advertisement to apply to Court to set aside or vary the terms of the Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the block transfer cases until further or other order by the Court.

6. Simon David Monks shall be released as Liquidator, Administrator and Trustee upon the giving of this notice to creditors in accordance with the Order.

7. The replacement Office Holders shall notify and file any appropriate notices in respect of the Order with the Secretary of State, the Registrar of Companies and the appropriate courts.

8. The costs of the application and implementing the Order shall be borne by Azets Holdings Limited.
