Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 January 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 December 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Viola Mayuri Priya-Smith who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Viola Mayuri Smith and assumed the name of Viola Mayuri Priya-Smith.
