Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 18 December 2024, The Prudential Assurance Company Limited transferred to 4th Industrial Trustee 3 Limited and 4th Industrial Trustee 4 Limited (in their capacity as trustees of 4th Industrial 2 Unit Trust) 50% of the limited partnership interest held by it in Active Growth Logistics Partnership LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP023814, such that with effect from 18 December 2024, 4th Industrial Trustee 3 Limited and 4th Industrial Trustee 4 Limited (in their capacity as trustees of 4th Industrial 2 Unit Trust) were admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
